To the Editor,

What is wrong with this country? Have sports taken over? Before Rome fell sports had became the number one concern of the land. Can’t we learn anything from history? Oh ya thats right, we pretty much deny having one. Evidently we have way too many people with way too much time on their hands. It is hard or almost impossible for employers that try to hire for low paying jobs that are also very, very, hard working, to find people that want to work. No wonder we have to depend on immigrant labor.

No one wants to give up a welfare check to go pick apples, oranges, or lettuce....
