Donations collected for Senior Corp Week, May 16-20
When Crookston's Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Coordinators, Bill and Jamie Cassavant, suggested ways that RSVP volunteers could help Veterans and Military Personnel/Families, it is likely that they didn't count on such an amazing outpouring of response from residents of the seven-county region!
In honor and recognition of Senior Corp Week, May 16-20, RSVP Board Members, Volunteers, Volunteer Stations and Staff promoted and facilitated a new socks and quarters (for vending machines) donation drive for Veterans at the Veteran Hospital in Fargo, N.D.
