On the receiving side, the Roseau City Council two weeks ago Monday passed resolutions thanking individuals and organizations for their donations.

In the first resolution, the council singled out Border State Bank ($100), the Malung Park Board ($400), and E.S. Erickson ($100) for their donations to the City of Roseau Riverview Park Gazebo Concert Fund.

In the other resolution, the city council recognized Rebecca and Kenneth Hayden ($100) and other members of the public ($113) for their donations to the City of Roseau South Riverview Park.
