I’m responding to the paid ad by Mr. Russell Walker in the Roseau Times-Region 10/8/16 which reads response to Doran Horner.

There isn’t one thing in that ad that address to my letter such as statements, questions and all concerns in my letter. I have received more information on Commissioners per diems.The information is; in 2005 Commissioners spent $20,800 per diem.

In 2016 in the first six months from Jan. through June 30th the total amount spent for all of the commissioners was $850. How can this be?
