Softball team has picked up the pace

 


A week ago Thursday, the Lady Rams hosted the Warroad Warriors in a doubleheader at home.

With the exception of a single inning in the 1st game, the Rams had a great outing.

But that one inning, which saw the Warriors score 10 runs in the top of the 6th, wiped away a 5-3 lead to put them in an insurmountable hole.

Yes, the Rams scored solo runs in the bottom of the 6th and 7th innings, but they lost 13-7 while committing a total of nine errors.

Leading the hit parade for the Lady Rams were Kacie Bjerk, who went 3 for 5 with a single, double and triple with 1 RBI.
