I'm not envious, but it is nice to know at least one consistent winner.

Meet Mr. Lucky - a.k.a. Matt LeTexier - whose life seems to be a winning lottery without ever purchasing a Powerball ticket.

A year ago, Mr. LeTexier, a 1991 Roseau High School graduate and Vice President of Sales and Marketing with NAPA Auto Parts in Indianapolis, Indiana, was front and center when Alexander Rossi, who was sponsored by NAPA, won the Indy 500.

It is considered the SuperBowl of American auto racing.

Some people make a habit of winning.
