Jessica Johnson-Herling, a 16-handicap golfer and 1998 Warroad High School graduate, won't likely ever forget Sunday, July 9, 2017.

Not with her hole in one on the 10th hole at Oakcrest Golf Course in Roseau playing from the women's tee as she hit a 6 iron and never took her eye off the ball.

"I was with my husband, Nick Herling, and Brad Zoeller," she said this past Monday morning with pure joy in her voice.

"I was shooting a 6 iron because I had checked my range finder and it said 127 yards."

What's a girl to do when she usually hits a 6 iron for longer distances?
