If only I hadn't been kicked out of the Cub Scouts on some phony charge that I had pinched the coin purse of some old dame, I'd have been a contender.
Scratch that.
Never admit to any transgression is the political creed of our ruling party these days.
So, let's start over.
If only I could have been a Boy Scout on Monday at the National Boy Scout Jamboree in West Virginia to hear Donald Trump address the Boy Scouts of America, I'd have witnessed a spectacle.
