It is painful to watch an organization struggle and decline. Such was the case with the Roseau High School Band. Once on a very high pinnacle, music enthusiasts witnessed as this institution crumbled into a squalid abyss. This writer is thinking Monty Python as she imagines what the remnants of a once strong program were chanting, "I'm not dead yet!" Indeed, we celebrate the return of this once nearly lifeless group of hardworking, dedicated students as they strive to reclaim their place on the mountain top.
