Royalton-James "Jim" Loe, 66 year old resident of Royalton, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2019 while camping with his brother and friends in the mountains of Colorado. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, with Rev. Wayne Hjermstad officiating. Visitation was one hour prior to the service. A second funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 30, 2019 at the Roseau Evangelical Covenant Church in Roseau, with Rev. Steve Hoffer officiating.
