Joshua Olson receives felony charge while in Jail

An inmate in the Pennington County Jail has been charged with violating a protection order in Roseau County, via text messages.

Thirty-eight-year-old Joshua Olson of Roseau has managed to get a felony charge while serving time in the Pennington County Jail in Thief River Falls.

According to court records, Olson has been violating a protection order by contacting the female victim with seven different messages between October 3rd and November 5th while serving time at the Pennington County Jail.
