As many of your readers know, I graduated Harvard Law School in 1962, where I had the privilege of taking Constitutional law from the great Paul Freund. Throughout my career, constitutional issues have been at the forefront of my practice, particulaly in the areas of law enforcement misbehavior, Indian treaty rights and professional malpractice cases.
