The bid amount for this shop was $686,487.20; the site prep cost was $74,611.35; the asphalt cost was $47,590.82, and the architectural designs cost for “two separate designs” totaled $51,595.70. This comes to a grand total 0f $860,285.07 of county money spent on Greenbush property?
