Roseau County Marks 15 Years of Treatment Courts

Standing outside the Roseau County Courthouse on Tuesday afternoon, May 30, were the veterans of various drug and or alcohol addictions.

They were enjoying a smoke before stepping into Courtroom One.

They could be anyone's brother, sister, uncle, aunt, daughter or grandmother.

They could be anyone we know.

Cigarettes are their one addiction that doesn't break the law.

Shortly, they snuffed out their smokes and walked inside the courthouse.

Only first names were mentioned of those either in the treatment courts or former graduates.
