This is what I'll miss when I walk away from this job.

It's interviewing people from different walks of life, different outlooks, and even unusual professions.

I've met 'em all since the 1980s - the ones at the top and those at the bottom, the ones with big bank accounts and those who live paycheck to paycheck, the politicians with quick smiles and fast handshakes and those who complain that all politicians are crooked while claiming their guy is Jesus-anointed and heaven-sent.

Some have even tried to save my soul. "Save your own soul, pal," I'm thinking.

I've only had one really bad interview...
