From Potholes to Rising Property Values

Nobody likes potholes!

"Damn, what was that?" is the usual response.

Jack Swanson, the chairperson of the Roseau County Board of Commissioners, can attest to that.

"We have heard complaints about the front, side and back parking lots at the Roseau County Courthouse," said the recent member of septuagenarians in Roseau County.

Wait until they hear what it's going cost them later in this article.

They'll probably prefer sand to fill the potholes.
