Chris Skime, a 2017 graduate of Grygla-Goodridge High School, now knows that good things can come unexpectedly.
"I was born and raised right here in Skime, Minnesota."
He's definitely a small-town guy. There's no post office, no stoplight, just the Skime Store where you can get everything from a Snickers candy bar to beer, groceries, toilet paper and fill up your tank.
You won't see a sign announcing you are in Reine Township or the number of live residents.
But they are hearty folks who know how to fall trees, shoot straight, and belly up to the bar in Grygla.
