Losing Weight: Making your plan, Chapter 4

If you are going to do this, you will need to do your work. No matter if you join a weight loss group, or do it on your own, it will be totally up to you. Relying on anyone, or putting the blame on another for your choices will get you nowhere. You need to own your choices and your outcome.

Before you start you will need to put the following things in place.

1. A floor scale (you will weigh every day and weigh in the morning before breakfast.)

2. A notebook

3. A small book of a list of foods – calories is helpful, also there is the internet. Check the calories on the back of the box or wrapper...
