Arrestee charged with possession of child pornography

On Wednesday, Richard Magnusson, the Roseau County Fair Board Director, wasn't happy with Neil Carlson of iNewZ.

"The problem is that when he first reported it, he said the guy is a carnival employee. And that is not true. And then he changed his story to a fair employee, and he is not a fair employee. He was an independent contractor."

The alleged child pornographer, Miguel Antonio Acosta Caipe, 55, was arrested on July 22 at the Warroad Port of Entry and charged with possessing child pornography on various electronic devices.
