Wyatt Crist probably has two percent body fat - if that - and could easily run a marathon.
That's even after a 10 day, 1,200 mile bike ride through the Upper Peninsula in Michigan.
In late July, the incoming Roseau sophomore, who ran cross country for esteemed Warroad coach Rick McBride and then played on the Roseau Bantam A hockey team which earned fourth in state honors last winter, had an explanation on how he managed to compete for two schools in one school year.
