Here came a text last week from my favorite younger sister, Katie, a fine Republican who, in her entire lifetime, possibly voted for one solitary Democrat.

I'm just imagining the scenario when it's an election for dogcatcher in her suburban neighborhood.

"Look at the bright side, Bro. He might get bit by a rabid dog," she quips.

Katie's text included a photo of a Star Tribune article with her comment:

Do you know this guy? Idiot...!!

Never heard of the dude.
