Meeting Trysha Thomasson is like running into a talking rainbow.

She is loquacious, admirable, funny, unique, and animated.

She is also autistic, which is just one of her assets.

It makes her who she is - a striver, a go-getter, and a character.

On a recent Monday morning at the Roseau Public Library, Trysha and Kate Hammer, the head librarian, sat down at the checkers/chess table, and it was hang on to your hat because Trysha can speak rapidly.
