Water main replacement on Delmore Drive in Roseau

Due to a water main replacement, much of Delmore Drive will be closed for the next six weeks. All Roseau Manor and LifeCare Rehab traffic will be detoured to the south side of the LifeCare campus. Signs will be posted to assist patients and visitors in by-passing construction....
