Trump, who ran a shock and awe presidential campaign that stressed making America great again, building a wall along the Mexican border, renegotiating trade agreements, passing tougher immigration laws, rescinding Obamacare, nominating conservative Supreme Court justices, and promising to bring the factories back to America, was right in step with Roseau County, which saw Mr. Trump outpolling Hillary Clinton, 5,437 to 1,829 - or 70.11 percent of the total vote.
