Write On! A HOME TO NO ONE

The air-conditioned building blows my dark frizzy hair back as I walk in. Behind me, I hear the wheels of our suitcases run across the uneven metal flooring. Many different smells waft up my sensitive nose. The body odor from rushing late travelers, minty gum that is bought to alleviate ear popping, and the sweet aroma of the candy shop on the left corner. The airport is about as familiar as my own home. The changes of my surroundings are like the changes in my own households. It has become normal to adjust to the different atmospheres around me.
