Representative Dan Fabian (R-Roseau) who was elected to the Minnesota State House of Representatives in 2010 to represent District 1A, was chosen by his republican colleagues to serve as the House Majority Whip.

The “Melodears” of Oak Crest Senior Housing held their annual Christmas Concert on December 1. The members were Cliff Skime, Pearl Mitterling, Helen Thompson, Violet Sunsten, Beulah Maher, Ruth Erickson, Donys Nelson, Agnes Heppner, Myrtle Lee, Annie Rygh, Marion Carlson, Judith Gugleberg, Nellie Sealy, Louvic Mattson and Marlene Nelson (Director).
