With the spunky mom of three handicapped kids

Over in the Skime area, Rachel (née Swonger) Burr bubbles over when talking about her three special needs children like it's as natural as a walk in the park.

She has her hands full!

Her oldest child, Gage Memphis Burr, was born on August 25, 2007, in Thief River Falls.

Here's his scouting report, according to Rachel.

"He was born with spastic cerebral palsy on the left side and was diagnosed at age five with Sensory Processing Disorder," she said, adding that he's in the seventh grade and is being homeschooled.
