This young man stands out in any crowd

Peter VandeWege, a Roseau High School senior with a distinctive gentleness, a caring nature and a good guy to have around when you can't locate a stepladder, is a quiet role model.
He does all the right things and comes in handy if you need to reach the top shelf. He's six-four and can jump much higher.
Mr. Dan Urness, the RHS Guidance Counselor, describes Peter, the son of Bryon and Mary VandeWege as a super nice kid.
"There's not a mean bone in his body, and he goes the extra mile in helping out," he said.
