Mark Hultgren, 62, who hails from the Twin Cities, fits in with any crowd and could be in the movies as a stand-up guy, was reached recently - and for a good reason.
He is never dull.
Every day, somewhere, his t-shirts are being worn by Roseau County athletes.
And some old codgers, too
Forever, he's been a first-class act renowned for his Minnesota State Tournament Rats T-shirts.
After 32 years, he and his wife, Marya, are giving up that part of their many endeavors.
