At six-three and 215 pounds, WHS senior Gaabi Boucha is both humble and fired up.

Especially on the gridiron.

He was recently selected as a running back for the 2023 Dream All-American game.

But he doesn't travel for free to Arlington, Texas.

"It'll cost about a grand," he said on Sunday, August 14, calling it a great deal.

"Yeah, I got contacted. Somebody nominated me, I don't know who did, but I'm real happy they did. It came as a surprise that they accepted my nomination. I get to play, and it's a real good honor."
