Roseau County Court Administrator Teresa McDonnell stood in her office at the Roseau County Courthouse a week ago Wednesday, and she could be a fashion model.

She always looks cool and calm and never wrinkled.

She's seen it all - the murderers and drunk drivers, the drug addicts and wife beaters, the insurance cheats and child abusers, the shoplifters and white collar criminals, the speeders and tax deadbeats, and even some of her friends and neighbors.
