Canning Apples and Salsa with Sarah!!

My squirrel brain has been getting a few things accomplished!!

Sarah and I did some canning over the weekend which was a great stress reliever.

We started Saturday and made salsa all day. It was a lot of fun and of course, we had to sample it and it was delicious.

We made restaurant style and chunky. We also made mild, medium and hot. It's not like our family is huge, but they all like their salsa differently. Spoiled!!

We went over to my "sis" Cecile and Shane's house and picked apples. We picked apples after we were done with the salsa so we would be ready to start canning apples on Sunday....
